• 2 million in total financial asset, or;
• Up to 1 million equity in primary residential property to be used, or;
• $300K SGD income per annum

Under SEC guidelines (USD):

Under SEC Rule 401 of Regulation D, accredited investor must include having an income of $200,000 or having a net worth of $1 million (excluding the primary residence)
